The Gorge is my FAVORITE place to paddle. Chris Graves and I put in at Cyr Creek and took out at "Ralph's Place". The 8 mile stretch has 13 Class II and Class III rapids! The flow on the day we filmed was at 5120 cfs (cubic feet per second). The water was warm, tropical green, and just pushy enough to make it a nice challenge. Oh, and it's never the perfect day without some Beastie Boys along for the ride!
